• Condition: Items must be unworn, unused, and in resellable condition, with all original tags attached.
• Cleanliness: No makeup, perfume, deodorant marks, or signs of wear.
• Shipping: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
• Refunds: Please allow 5–7 business days after we receive your return to process your refund.
